We aim to offer the professionalism and thorough service offered by a solicitors’ practice, with the warm, personal appeal of a local business.
Why do I need Legal Services?
We work hard all of our lives to build the value of our estate. Most of us, want our valuable assets to go to the people we cherish, which unfortunately without the right estate planning, isn’t always the case.
Ask yourself the following questions:
|Do you currently have an up-to-date will?||No: Your estate will automatically be subject to the rules of intestacy.
Yes: If you have had a windfall, children, married or divorced, moved home, or retired your Will may no longer be appropriate for your needs.
|Do you currently have either a Lasting or Enduring Power of Attorney in place?||No: If you become incapacitated in the future due to illness such as a stroke, accident or dementia, managing your financial or health and welfare decisions can become extremely challenging and expensive for your spouse or your children. Decisions could be made by complete strangers.|
|Is your property and/or estate held in a trust.||No: Your full assets and estate may not go to your preferred family members, or desired beneficiaries.|
Andy operates on a home visit basis so will be happy to visit you in your own home. Over the coming months we will be offering a range of FREE no obligation, seminars available to all Clients to come and find out more about the service and see whether they have the right estate planning in place.
